Our client, who prides themselves on their vibrant, active and safe retirement community, wants you to join their dedicated team as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). Your role will play an integral part in maintaining their facility’s high standards.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours)
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.
Wage: Rate of pay is $16.20/hour, but there is also a shift differential of $2.50 for evening hours.
Position Summary: Participates as a key member of the health care team implementing care delivery
systems in a manner that maintain a nurturing environment that supports the health and
independence of the residents. The LNA uses primary care assignments to provide resident—
centered care to support the resident’s activities of daily living. LNA’s use their care-giving skills to
ensure the physical and cognitive well being of residents, as well as their emotional and social
wellbeing. In addition, they provide support and information to families/others where appropriate.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with personal care, assisting with recreational and social
activities, observation and notation, and where appropriate, administration of medications on the
Residential Care Unit under the supervision of a licensed nurse*
