We are growing fast and we want you to join our team as a Professional Search Recruiter with a focus on Direct-Hire positions!

Being a Professional Search Recruiter at ETS means much more than just connecting with and placing candidates. Your goal is to bring real value to each candidate you work with and to each client who relies on ETS for solutions to their talent acquisition.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure the candidate and client experience is met with remarkable service through the execution of full life cycle recruiting

  • Drive the sales and recruiting effort personally- cultivate and grow your personal book of direct-hire business through candidate placement and successful client account management

  • Develop candidate pipelines and generate superb results to cover a wide variety of client requisitions in a rapidly changing job landscape

  • Prioritize key client accounts while bridging the communication gap between client needs and daily recruitment goals

  • Fully leverage the available technology stack for process management in the following key areas: lead generation, candidate management, job order management, marketing & engagement, referrals, recruitment analytics and KPI’s

  • Using storytelling aligned with the ETS brand and values to deliver compelling and consistent messaging to candidates

  • Using the ETS screening process to complete in-depth screenings and assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, compensation expectations, and closability

  • Convert hard to find, passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition

  • Establish and maintain best-in-class business engagements and relationships with clients, candidates and team members to build a viable referral network.

  • Sales experience strongly preferred
