How much does it cost?
Zilch. Zippo. Nada. Our clients pay us for our services. ETS never charges job seekers.

Will I get paid the same amount going through ETS as I would the client?
Yes. Your pay rate through ETS is the same rate the company would hire you at directly. We never take a cut of your wages.

Do I get benefits?
Yes. Contract workers are full ETS employees with access to health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, direct deposit, earned wages early access, and more.

Are you a temp agency?
No. We're a full-service staffing agency with contract-to-hire and direct-hire divisions. We do hire for some temporary roles, but our goal is to get you hired full-time at the company.

How is ETS different from applying on my own?
